Wind and Hail

Unlike other services who provide consulting for policyholders and contractors, we only charge a service fee based on the amount of ADDITIONAL RECOVERY, not the entire claim amount.  You keep most of the recovery and only pay a small fee to Agreed Price for our services.

The base fee* for each file covers the cost of writing a professionally branded Xactimate or Simbility estimate showing the differences between the adjuster's original deficient estimate and the actual cost of repairs.  If the additional settlement/recovery is between 0-$2000 there is no charge to the contractor beyond the original set up fee. If we recover more than $2000 the set-up fee is waived and we only charge a service fee for our estimating and consulting services.

Our Service fee for very small recoveries is zero.  Your only cost would be the set up and estimating fee.

Our Service fee for small recoveries is $500 including the Xactimate estimate fee.  This service fee represents approximately 18% of our files.

Our Service fee for medium recoveries is $800 including the Xactimate estimate fee.  This service fee represents approximately 30% of our files.

Our Service fee for large recoveries is $1500 including the Xactimate estimating fee.  The service fee represents approximately 28% of our files.

Our Service fee for very large recoveries is $2500.   This service fee represents approximately 12% of our files

We cap our maximum service fee at $3000.   This service fee represents approximately 6% of our files.

Our fees on very large losses are determined prior to our work on the file and will be fully agreed to by the contractor and Agreed Price.

*File set-up fees are $200 for new estimates up to $50,000.  Estimates from $50,000 to $100,000 the set-up fee is $250.  Set-up fees for estimates over $100,000 will be calculated based on size and complexity and will be agreed to prior to starting work on the file.
